Since Morgan was born we have wanted to be present with her.

It’s hard to be mentally present when prospecting on the phone for 3-hours every day. 

And I’m not just talking about TIME WITH….

I’m talking about the what that time means and how’s it spent. 

FOR EXAMPLE…

In the morning for the first year of Mo’s life her and I would listen, sing and dance to the Guardians of the Galaxy, Awesome Mix Vol. 1.

For the first two years of her life, 90 percent of the time I put her to sleep. 

Business was good. 

We helped a lot of people buy and sell homes. 

But we knew we could be helping more…

So how do we get the best of both worlds?

How do continue to have a great home/family life?

AND at the same time…

Help more people, without sacrificing our service level?

We committed to answering these questions by hiring some consultants to help us figure out how we do us, better.

That was at the end of last year…

And this year has been a constant of implement, tweak, adapt, create, optimize, scale, quit, pivot, double down, tweak again…

Until we could clearly document how we win and how we lose…
