#Fear and Focus.

Too many real #estate agents categorize incorrectly what is holding them back, when left up to decide for themselves. It helps to get outside perspective.

Many real estate #agents think they just need to focus more. The problem is when you haven't properly identified the correct reasons for not achieving the success you deserve, you are going to run in to the same problem again, sooner or later.

It drives me crazy watching real estate agents on this perpetual treadmill of failure and they think the key to getting off of it is to  just run faster.
