I had a coaching conversation today with a real estate team about their social media strategy. An agent on the team shared with me that he felt overwhelmed. There is so much going on with social media. All these new tools, technology, tactics, and ideas.

I couldn't disagree.

It can be overwhelming. But only because you are still trying to do everything you did before and now trying to do all these new things.

In the video I share with you what I shared with them. It also made me think about, The Dip, a book written be Seth Godin.

If you haven't reviewed and reflected on your real estate #business lately...now would be a good time. Just because it's something you have done in the past, doesn't mean its something you should do now. Or maybe the strategy stays the same, you just use different tactics.
