How Much Time Are You Putting In To Your Success
We live in an instant gratification society. We want everything microwaved.
Instant potatoes.
Instant messaging.
Instant coffee.
Fast food.
Fast forward.
But, think about this for a moment...
It took Michelangelo FOUR Years to sculpt his statue of David.
How long have you currently invested into your current project?
Not just your overall business, but your current project?
This is usually when I get a bunch of , "Yeah, but..."
"Yeah, but we live in a different world now."
"Yeah, but things have changed."
Ok, fine.
If I can't get you to slow down, be patient and focus on the long term by mentioning the most classic statue of all time, I will bring Gary Vaynerchuk into the discussion.
You know who Gary Vaynerchuk is right?
The wine guy. The social media guy. The CRUSH IT! guy.
Gary writes in his book, CRUSH IT!,
"Ninety percent of the people I hear from are in complaint mode, usually to the tune of, "I'm working hard and I'm crushing it and nothings happening. What gives?" So I ask, how long have you been at this? And they'll usually answer something like, "Six weeks." Six weeks? You don't build businesses in six weeks, or two months, or six months."
Develop some patience and long term vision for your business and world.
Don't buy into the idea of instant results in business, which leads to chasing Shiny Objects.
Remember, it took Michelangelo four years to sculpt his statue of David, but I am here writing to you about it 500 years after he created it. That's Impact!
What is your long term vision for your business? What are you working on right now that will have an impact on that? How are staying focused on that impactful work?
You can build a fairly successful business in a much faster time than it tool Michelangelo to sculpt his statue of David, if you are focused on the right things and are consistent.
I can't promise you will have an instantly successful business or it will still be operating in 500 years from now, but if you join us at Persinger Group I think you'll be amazed at how fast you start getting serious results in your business.
