"I Must Break You"

Dolph Lundgren... the guy who played Drago in Rocky 4 was on Jimmy Fallon last night. The dude is 55 and looks like he is in better shape now than back then. (more on that in a second)

I just want to clear something up about Drago in that scene where Rocky and him are about to fight.

Drago says, "I must break you."

Not, "I will break you."

I hear too many people misquote him.

"I must break you" sounds a lot scarier. He has no choice in it. It's out of his hands. It's out of his control.

And when you think about how communist Mother Russia has built him into this "fighting machine"... that is a super scary line.

"I must break you."

Anywho...

Back to Dolph still being in great shape...

I'm personally trying to get into some better shape. Add on some muscle... drop some fat... that whole deal.

See in my younger days, the wakeboarding days, I was kind of cut.

Even when I met Katherine, I was 162 lbs and around 8% body fat.

I'm not going to share with you what I am now... but I will share my limiting beliefs and personal constraints I've been putting on myself recently.

"I've been telling myself that I won't look like that again. I can't look like that again. If I just get to this weight, that's good enough for a 35 year old."

I've been telling myself, "a 35 year old just can't look like that."

And then I see Dolph Lundgren looking jacked and healthy at 55.

I realize that Brad Pitt was 35 when he was in Fight Club.

My excuses are simply that now. Excuses.

It's not that I can't. It's my limiting beliefs and personal constraints I've put on myself.

I know it can be done.

It's been done before me.

I have something to model.

I just need to model what those guys do and have done to get a result similar to theirs.

The same is for business.

Remove your excuses, limiting beliefs and personal constraints.

Ask yourself, "Has it ever been done before? Is there anyone getting a better result than I currently am?"

Define the result you want.

Find something, someone to model.

Get help following that model and path.

And you can even decide to jump in to business with us at Persinger Group.

I give you strategies you can model. Swipe copy you model. Ideas you can follow to make your own.
