What are you passionate about?
This morning I talked with someone that is clearly passionate about what she does.
It is so clear that she loves what she is doing in life right now. It made me interested in what she is doing. It made me want to hear more and learn more.
Passion pulls you forward to keep going even on the days when do you don't feel so great. I've talked about the Lighthouse Concept before, which is to stop doing you're not passionate about, are not your strengths or things you're not even good at. The Lighthouse Concept is about focusing on your strengths and then utilize momentum to leverage continued growth.
