Imagine your neighbor is a Ford salesperson but you know they lease a Dodge. How’d you feel about them and Fords?

Don’t tell people now is a good time to buy a home, if you don’t own a home. Don’t talk about how real estate investing will make you rich if you aren’t a real estate investor. 

You don’t need to own 100’s of units, but you need to take your own advice. 

Saying one thing and doing something else, might work for a short period of time. But eventually, it eats at you, and you’ll feel like a deceitful slimeball. Unless you’re a psychopath. Don’t be a psychopath.
