How to Make your Marketing Consistent?
To make your marketing more consistent you want to be more consistent in your lead generation, lead conversion and lead nurturing.
A solid monthly plan you should create would focus on 4 pillars of making your marketing more consistent.
1. A Monthly Acquire Plan
Have a plan on how to generate new leads and/or build your audience
To keep it simple, we focus on implementing only one strategy a month to do this.
Our strategies are well thought out and have few moving parts. They don’t only do one thing. They are intended to do multiple things, that’s why we focus on only implementing one.
Some people drop this when they get busy. If you aren't consistently lead generating or building your audience, you can't expect to have consistent results.
2. Weekly Engagement Strategy
Implement a strategy on how you will follow up with leads you generated and the audience you built.
We take this week by week and implementing a new, different lead engagement strategy each time to keep our message and offer fresh.
Some people never implement this and wonder why their marketing results are inconsistent. They are so focused on lead generation, they never take time to plan or develop a strategy on how to follow up with the leads or convert the leads.
3. WLNES CHECK
This is our email follow up strategy.
It’s loosely connected to the WES above.
But it’s always aligned.
2 to 3 times a week feels good to us on this, depending on other factors.
Many email marketers think to be consistent with your email marketing you should be emailing every day.
And I don't disagree, but like I said other factors should be included in to what your consistent email marketing strategy should be.
4. Content Itinerary
This is your social media posting plan. We think striving for daily is right here. And of course it should be connected to everything above.
Why This CONSISTENT MARKETING PLAN works:
This plan takes you from 1 core lead generation strategy down to daily social media posting.
The focus on the pieces can change of course depending on what you need. Maybe you have zero leads and zero audience right now... very little reason to put equal focus on WES or WLNES Check. So maybe it’s MAP 80%, WES 5%, WLNES CHECK 5% and Cont Itin 10%. Make sense?
But ideally all 4 pieces should be there. Where most go wrong is they stop doing one piece or more 😳 entirely for a period of time. This is how inconsistent results sneak in.
