A. Great question. Really glad you asked me that. I’d wait until you have your license and have put it with a broker. As soon as you’ve done all the “busy” work of getting your license, then apply for More Leads & Appointments.


? I can’t really afford it right now. But once I have my next closing, I’d like to sign up. Do you have some free training I can do until then?

A. 1. If you can’t afford $1000 right now, I’d encourage you to get a “real job” to get your foundation a bit more solid. If you’re struggling on how to do that, check out More Leads and Appointments.

? Will I need To spend money on ads leads?

A. At some point, yes. But not required in ECAMR.

? HOW DO I TALK MY SPOUSE/S/O INTO LETTING ME SIGN UP FOR This?

A. This is a really great question. And I want to give you an answer that goes beyond this program… because I can almost guarantee you’ve spent waaay more money on things without consulting your spouse.

So first, is this really about getting permission or support from your spouse? Or is this about your own insecurities.

Second, you should have a bigger conversation about your career, your goals, and how you’re going to invest into it moving forward. If you have to stop and ask permission, each and every time, and justify why, you’re never going to take ownership of your career.

Now don’t get my words twisted.

I’m not saying to not communicate with your spouse. I’m actually saying the opposite. Over communicate right now with them, instead of a death of thousand paper cuts during your career.

If your spouse doesn’t trust you to make an investment into your career, they might have a decent reason to feel that way. Have you started and stopped many things in the past? What’s different now? What’s different moving forward?

This is a big discussion and I encourage you to have that discussion with them, and yourself.


? How much time will I have to invest into this program each day and each week?

A. How much time are you spending on lead conversion and trying to generate referrals now? The methods you learn are going to save you CHUNKS of time.


? Do I get access to all the modules all at once?

A. Great question. No.

Remember what I’ve been saying about not just doing the right things, but doing the right things in the right order?

A. As much as I wish I could work with everyone 1 to 1, there’s just not enough hours in the day.

But the reality is you don’t need 1 to 1 help from me as this stage. You have access to the info you need and clear steps on what to take action on now and how.

At the foundational stage, it’s about taking action now, not worrying about what’s next. Where I see most people get stuck in launch or relaunch mode is failure to take simple action. They dwell on what if’s, or perfectionism, or procrastination.
