As you go through your business, make sure that you respect your client and the data or information that they provide to you. Make sure that you respect and value your client as a person. And finally, make sure you respect and value yourself.
You don't have to chase after people, customers, clients and beg them and give discounts because you're afraid.
I love a good promotion, good marketing and gimmick because they make sense a lot of times.
But you should never devalue yourself and become someone who's doing something out of fear or out of desperation.
